allows our experienced technology consultants to provide an

feedback, we have developed several service options that provide

serve as a guideline for technology maintenance, but may be
customized to help achieve your technology goals.
We

clients. All Right Click Solutions services are performed
to meet all specified needs. Service program highlights include:
A 2-hour network evaluation
(a $300.00 value) in which we visit your organization and
evaluate your system server, workstations, and network. Most
evaluations require 2 hours to complete a comprehensive assessment
of your organization's technology infrastructure, which is
documented with our assessments and recommendations.
Service Best Suited For Pricing
As-needed IT Support Organizations that keep up to date with
their technology (including virus protection, backup strategies),
but occasionally need an experienced professional to upgrade
hardware & software, or if they are experienced with system
failure or need troubleshooting.
Maintenance
Agreements* These options are useful to those organizations
that do not have the time to maintain their technology or
those who can not afford to support an internal technology
staff. Maintenance agreements provide a measure of security
and significant cost savings.
There are two (2) types of maintenance agreements:
Monthly - a 12 month contract consisting of a select number
of hours a month.
Block of Hours- organizations choosing this option experience
a lower rate than As-needed IT Support, but do not get the
regular maintenance visits.
