Maintenance Agreements for IT Support
Maintenance agreements are useful to those organizations that do not have the time to maintain their technology or those who can not afford to support an internal technology staff. These agreements provide a measure of security and a significant cost savings. We offer two types of maintenance agreements, including monthly contracts and blocks of hours. Monthly maintenance benefits include a network binder with customer specific information, consistent monitoring of technology and priority support status. These options are useful to those organizations that do not have the time to maintain their technology or those who can not afford to support an internal technology staff. Maintenance agreements provide a measure of security and significant cost savings.
There are two (2) types of maintenance agreements:
Monthly - a 12 month contract consisting of a select number of hours a month. Benefits include:
- Priority support status
- Receive a regularly scheduled monthly maintenance visit
- Reduced fee
Block of Hours - organizations choosing this option experience a lower rate than As-needed IT Support, but do not get the regular maintenance visits.
